I lead an improv group called Mr. Friskett and we've been developing a new improv format called Royal Flush that features playing cards as a way to get characters and settings for scenes (it's coming together pretty nicely and does some cool things for organizing complex storytelling while still eschewing any pre-scripting or complex, games-based scene structures). I'm designing a custom deck of playing cards to use for these scenes, and this is my design for the backs.

Mr. Friskett is a golden hamster with a bowler hat and tiny bat-like wings who loves corn and is destined to one day save the world.

Wow, that sounds awesome! And you've got a great design for the deck.

*clap clap clap* Bravo.

We're moving forward with moxy.

Depends, I guess. I'm doing a different illustration for each card, so no, in my case it isn't really. It is an interesting project though.

oh no well of course not!

i meant getting them produced! ^__^*

Very nice card deck :) Awesome design :)

There are a few options out there. I'm looking at self-producing using [link] because I might need some extra jokers or we might retire one or two cards and put in others and this lets me controll production more. Otherwise, type "custom playing cards" into a Google search and plenty of options pop up
